If not enough water is consumed each day, there is a high chance that the body will dehydrate which might cause one to faint, become dizzy, and worst of all dehydration cause damage of the brain.
If there is to much water in the body it will most likely dilute the content of salt in your blood which can cause hyponatremia, “the swelling of cells in the body from too much water being absorbed from the bloodstream into a single cell”
